Much like the title of today's blog suggests, 701-A N. Greensboro St is very much under contract.

This is yet another wonderful example of the Carrboro market. A home was priced correctly, in good condition, and it went under contract in less than a week.

It's still available...

Notthing new on the market today, so I thought I would point out some homes I have talked about before that are STILL lingering on the market...

100-B High Street- $190,000, 844 sq/ft ($225 a sq/ft), 2 beds/1 bath
107 Jones Ferry Rd- $329,000, 2532 sq/ft, ($129 a sq/ft) 5 beds/3 baths
210 WeatherVane- $344,900, 1711 sq/ft ($201 a sq/ft) 3 beds/ 3 baths

These three markets have been on the market for more than 2 months. I am not saying that there is anything wrong with any of these homes or that you shouldn't buy them. What I am pointing out is that usually any home that is correctly priced and in good condition USUALLY moves off the market before 2 months have passed...
